• With other users, where You participate in public forums or discussion areas within a course, Your posts may be visible to other enrolled users and instructors.

• For users between 13 and the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, use of the Service should be undertaken with the awareness and, where required by applicable law, the consent of a parent, legal guardian, or supervising Institution.
• If You are a parent or guardian and believe Your child has provided Us with Personal Data without appropriate consent, please contact Us and We will take steps to remove that information.
• Where We rely on consent as a legal basis for processing a minor's information, and applicable law requires parental consent, We will seek to obtain such consent before collecting and using that information.
