- With affiliates, including the RevisX journal platform, where relevant to Your account or educational record, subject to this Privacy Policy.
- With other users, where You participate in public forums or discussion areas within a course, Your posts may be visible to other enrolled users and instructors.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain academic records (such as certificates and transcripts), and enforce our agreements and policies.

Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

- For users between 13 and the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, use of the Service should be undertaken with the awareness and, where required by applicable law, the consent of a parent, legal guardian, or supervising Institution.
- If You are a parent or guardian and believe Your child has provided Us with Personal Data without appropriate consent, please contact Us and We will take steps to remove that information.
- Where We rely on consent as a legal basis for processing a minor's information, and applicable law requires parental consent, We will seek to obtain such consent before collecting and using that information.
