- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to RevisX.
- Country refers to: Egypt.
- Courses refers to the educational content, training modules, and learning activities made available through the Application, whether offered free of charge or for a fee.
- Service refers to the Application or the Website, or both.
- Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
- Website refers to RevisX Education, accessible from https://education.revisx.com.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, institution, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. Where You are under the age of legal majority in Your jurisdiction, "You" also refers to Your parent or legal guardian for the purposes of consent, as described in the "Eligibility and Minors" section below.

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Eligibility and Minors
RevisX Education welcomes learners of varying ages, including students under the age of 18.
- If You are under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in Your jurisdiction, if higher), You may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, or through an educational institution or organization that has enrolled You and taken responsibility for such consent.
- We do not knowingly permit unsupervised account creation by children under the age of 13. See the "Children's Privacy" section of our Privacy Policy for how we handle this.
- By using the Service, You (or Your parent/legal guardian, where applicable) represent that the information provided about age and identity is accurate.
User Accounts
When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service. For accounts belonging to minors, a parent, legal guardian, or supervising institution may also be given access for oversight purposes.
You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity, a name or trademark that is subject to the rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
Course Access and Content
Digital Products
Our Service provides access to online training courses related to research reproducibility, translational science, and related educational content. All courses are digital products delivered through our online platform. There are no physical products or shipments involved.
Free and Paid Courses
Some Courses are offered free of charge; others require payment for access. The applicable price, if any, will be clearly indicated before You enroll. Free Courses are subject to these same Terms unless stated otherwise.
License to Access
Subject to Your compliance with these Terms, We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for Your personal, non-commercial (or, where enrolled through an institution, institutional educational) use only.
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from course content;
- Share Your account credentials with others;
- Download course videos or materials except where explicitly permitted;

Course Availability
We strive to keep all purchased or enrolled courses available to You for a reasonable period. However, We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course content at any time. In the event a course is discontinued, We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.
Payments and Billing
For paid Courses, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your purchase, including Your payment method details, billing address, and related information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any purchase; and (ii) the information You supply to Us is true, correct, and complete.
Where the account belongs to a minor, payment must be made or authorized by a parent, legal guardian, or the enrolling institution.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your order at any time for certain reasons, including but not limited to: course availability, errors in the description or price, or errors in Your order.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that You visit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your Account, You may discontinue using the Service or contact Us to request account deletion.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms, and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service (if any).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Course content is provided for educational purposes and, unless explicitly stated, does not constitute professional, medical, or clinical advice.
Governing Law
The laws of Egypt, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
